Standard shipping is $18 and free on orders over $500. Express shipping is $35. Local pickup in Los Angeles is free. Exact delivery windows are confirmed at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Swap for a different size, color or style once per item, at no cost — we cover the shipping both ways.
Choosing a refund instead of an exchange deducts a flat $12 return-shipping fee from the amount refunded. A second exchange on an item that's already used its free one is treated the same way.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is free and you receive a full refund or replacement. The $12 fee never applies here.
Every suit and dress purchase includes one complimentary round of alterations, through our Los Angeles studio or a Book a Fitting appointment. Additional alterations after that first round are billed at cost.
Tags still attached, with no signs of wear.
Free of deodorant, cologne, perfume or makeup marks.
On suits and jackets, vents and pockets must still be stitched or unopened.
Soles unmarked, tried on indoors, original box included.
Not hemmed, taken in or otherwise tailored.
Monogrammed or personalized items and anything marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wedding parties and other group orders follow the same terms above, item by item. Because a wave of returns close to an event date is the hardest to handle in time, we recommend confirming every size through Book a Fitting before you order.
Online checkout is not yet connected, so returns, exchanges and alterations appointments are handled directly: email suit.shop.dtla@gmail.com or use Book a Fitting with your order details. Once an item is received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
